Triangulating Ananda
(for Krishna/Christ, Keats, and Rumi)

1.

Satcitananda is triangulating brahman’s nature as existence, awareness, and bliss.

In maya, the subtle body of organic chemicals and functional compounds reflects satcitananda as i-am, consciousness, and ananda.

And the triangulated reflection of ananda is love, truth/beauty, and happiness.

2.

I am equal towards all living beings; no one is hated by me and no one is beloved. Those who worship me with devotion, however, are in me and I am in them.

~Krishna, Bhagavad Gita 9-29, (tr-Sutton)

3.

Ask and you are given.

Seek and one is finding.

Knock and be opened.

For every asking is receiving

And the seeking is the finding

And the knocking is being opened as oneself.

~Jesus, Matthew 7: 7-12 (tx-sr)

4.

When old age shall this generation waste,

Thou shalt remain, in midst of other woe

Than ours, a friend to man, to whom thou say’st,

“Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is all

Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.”

~John Keats

5.

Not having tasted

A single cup of your wine

I’m already drunk

Not having entered

The battlefield

I’m already wounded and slain

I no longer

Know the difference

Between image and reality

Like the shadow

I am

And

I am not

~Rumi (tr-Kia)
